2. What data we process

We process only the following, and only when it actually occurs:

• Contact data you send by email: your name, email address, and whatever you include in your message (e.g. company, project details).
• Technical server logs kept by our hosting provider: IP address, request time, requested page, browser/user-agent. These are created automatically for security and operations.
• Theme preference (light/dark), stored only in your own browser's local storage — it never reaches our servers.

3. Purpose and legal basis

• Answering your enquiry and preparing an offer — KVKK Art. 5/2(c) & (f): necessary for the establishment/performance of a contract and our legitimate interest.
• Keeping the website secure and operational — KVKK Art. 5/2(f): legitimate interest.
• Meeting statutory record-keeping obligations where they apply — KVKK Art. 5/2(a) & (ç).

4. Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising, profiling or analytics cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracker. Details are in our cookie policy.

5. Sharing and transfers

We do not sell or rent personal data. Data is shared only with service providers strictly necessary to run the site and communicate with you: our hosting/CDN provider (which stores server logs on infrastructure that may be located abroad) and our email provider. Where such a transfer abroad occurs, it takes place under KVKK Art. 9 conditions.

6. Retention

• Email correspondence: kept for the duration of the enquiry/project and afterwards only as long as statutory limitation and record-keeping periods require.
• Server logs: kept for the short technical period applied by our hosting provider, then deleted automatically.

7. Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information and access, ask for correction or erasure, object to results produced solely by automated analysis, and claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.

Send your request to contact@pearlyouthsociety.com. We respond within thirty days at the latest.

8. Changes

We may update this notice when our services or legal obligations change. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the date shown above.
